Mallorca is excellent. It is definitely the nicest place we have been to so far on this trip. We went to a place today called Sa Calobra (or something like that) and it was one of the most interesting (scenery wise) and beautiful places I have ever been to. The winding road down there was an experience, especially with numerous tour buses coming the other way. The landscape was absolutely amazing, and the little town and beach at the bottom was spectacular. Again, absolutely beautiful.
Rugby world cup starts tonight, going across the road to watch it in a geezer pub. Aussies play tomorrow. Go the wallabies.
We are heading back to the mainland on Monday on a ferry to Barcelona. It was a pain in the arse to get here, but it has been worth it. Note to anyone: If you are going to catch a ferry from Valencia to anywhere, get excellent and detailed directions to the ferry port, it is an absolute shocker.
OK, will post photos when I can.
Go the Wallabies. (hey well done Munster in signing up Doug Howlett - next in the line of NZ fullbacks. Hopefully he goes a bit better than the last one)
